Clarissa Maloney is a law clerk at Biering & Brown. She is a third-year law student at UC Davis Law School. Prior to law school, Clarissa served as an Executive Fellow placed at the Governor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation, and as a Justicecorps AmeriCorps Fellow. As a law student, Clarissa externed with the California State Water Resources Control Board’s Office of Enforcement, with the California Energy Commission’s Office of Chief Counsel, and as a judicial intern for California’s Eastern District in Fresno.
